Well, we're finally up and hope to get a lot of comments and feedback on this site. We really put a lot of work into it, and we hope someone will benifit from its content.

Error in the TOPEX oscillator drift correction

{ An error has been found in the Topex/Poseiden sea level data }
Two important issues can be explained by the error: 1) much of the sea-level change discrepancy between TOPEX and POSEIDON should disappear, and 2) the approximately 13 cm bias of TOPEX relative to POSEIDON will be removed. A table is available (Wallops Flight Facility Web site, http://osb3.wff.nasa.gov/topex) which gives a cycle by cycle correction to remove a bias and drift in the TOPEX data caused by the algorithm error.
